WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Prepare and enter detailed price offers into our system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Verify and correct orders to maintain streamlined processes and efficient operations. Engage in effective communication with our product managers and customers, providing prompt and helpful assistance. Embrace continuous learning and professional development by actively participating in IT training programs. - creating quotes for our clients, based on quotes received from vendors or in response to client requests communicating and coordinating with the Italian team that manages the brands (vendors) assigned to them communicating with vendors and resellers (our clients) via email and/or phone; use company tools (Salesforce, AX, Outlook, ARM, etc.) accurately

Desired Candidate Profile

• Fluent in English (B2/C1) language, enabling effective communication with international clients and business partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly conveying information through various channels.
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure meticulousness in handling offers and orders.
• A proactive and enthusiastic learner, eager to acquire new skills and adapt to evolving industry trends.
• Become self-sufficient in their tasks work proactively and accurately collaborate with their teams in Italy and within the inside sales team in Casablanca
• knowledge of Italian and English is required too
