Job Description Sofitel Tamuda Bay Beach & Spa As part of our expansion of our food and beverage teams, we are recruiting passionate and performance-driven F&B Managers capable of ensuring operational excellence in our outlets while delivering an exceptional customer experience, in line with Sofitel standards. Main responsibilities: You will be responsible for the quality of service, customer satisfaction, and performance of the Food & Beverage department. Manage, support, and develop the restaurant and bar teams. Guarantee service quality and adherence to Sofitel standards across all points of sale. Manage the department's financial performance and ensure budget targets are met. Optimize operating costs, purchasing, and inventory management. Develop sales initiatives to increase revenue and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP procedures. Analyze performance indicators and implement continuous improvement plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Profile: Proven experience in a management role within the high-end restaurant or hotel industry. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong customer focus and service orientation. Solid knowledge of operational and financial management. Ability to work in a demanding and results-oriented environment. Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented. Fluent in French and English.
