Roles & Responsibilities

As part of a program to improve various levels of its logistics information systems, linked to a major automotive manufacturer following its merger, an Order Management System (OMS) is now being deployed to replace the previous systems related to the distribution of new vehicles for the group (including several international brands). The team's work, under the guidance of the Project Leader, consists of overseeing the development of the OMS/CRONOS application and its associated applications. The evolutions of these applications are the subject of a CEB (Requirements Specification) and Detailed Functional Specifications (DFS) and are designed in collaboration with Business Leaders. The testing and launch phases then follow. The team is involved in all these phases and supports the user countries throughout the application's lifecycle.

The consultant will be responsible for:

• Analyze the SFDs and extract the requirements
• Write and enhance the functional test scenarios to validate the solution
• Perform functional tests and manage defects via JIRA
• Track the progress of JIRA tickets until they are resolved
• Facilitate meetings with Business Leaders or local teams (country subsidiaries) to monitor progress
• Monitor revenue progress KPIs and estimate expenses
• Participate in user support projects in conjunction with the Daily Life team
• Ensure coordination between the Team Leader (TL) and the team

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma of a Bac+5 in engineering school or equivalent university degree with a specialization in computer science, or demonstrating equivalent significant experience.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in functional testing
• Required skills:
