Join a dynamic company located in Casablanca. As our next Aero Procurement, you will play a key role in optimizing our acquisition processes.

Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and cost-effective supply of goods and services necessary for operations, while developing strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Your responsibilities will focus on several strategic areas:

• Identification and selection of potential suppliers to meet the company's needs.
• Negotiation of contracts and purchase terms to obtain the best prices and deadlines.
• Order tracking, from receiving goods to validating invoices.
• Managing relationships with existing suppliers and developing new partnership opportunities.

For this position, a Master's degree (Bac +5) is required, ideally with a recognized specialization in Purchasing or Supply Chain.

We are looking for someone with 1 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, demonstrating a thorough understanding of purchasing cycles and supply chain challenges.

This role requires a combination of analytical and interpersonal skills. You will need to master:

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• A strong aptitude for analysis and problem-solving.
• In-depth knowledge of tools and best practices in purchasing and supply chain management.
• A good understanding of the aeronautics sector would be a major asset.
