Apply now for the position of Project Procurement Professional based in Casablanca, Morocco where you ensure the availability of products, and supplies at the right time, in the right quantity, to support sales operations.

Your Role:

• Analyze supply needs based on sales forecasts, and stock levels.
• Place purchase orders with suppliers.
• Monitor and follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze report and control open purchase orders.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or overstock.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and order issues.
• Work closely with logistics, procurement, and finance teams.
• Prepare reports related to inventory, orders, and supply planning.

Your Expertise:

• 1-2 Years of Experience in Procurement.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Good communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP,) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
