Responsibilities Main Purpose To supervise quality control activities, coordinate quality teams, and implement the necessary actions to ensure continuous improvement of processes and compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise quality control activities at all stages of production or service delivery. Lead, coach, and train quality inspectors, technicians, and quality controllers. Analyze non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations, particularly ISO 9001 requirements. Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits. Monitor and report quality performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Logistics, and R&D departments to resolve quality-related issues. Prepare, update, and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and reports. Manage customer complaints related to product and process quality. Qualifications Candidate Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5 equivalent) in Quality Management, QHSE, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Quality Product, Quality Control, or a similar quality-related role, preferably in an industrial environment. Good knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as ISO 9001, FMEA, 8D, and 5 Whys. Strong team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office ,SAP, and quality management software. Good command of English, both written and spoken, is desirable.
