Activities Live an extraordinary and unique adventure within a large industrial group the agility and autonomy of an SME Type of Contract: Local CDI Your role The quality engineer is the guarantor of the company's product quality and monitors them from design to industrialization, constantly ensuring compliance with procedures. Always mindful of respecting costs and deadlines, they implement indicators, quality tools, and control procedures valid during manufacturing. They can thus identify dysfunctions or detect non-compliance with standards, carry out audits, and participate in problem-solving. As a Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will be as follows*: Provide technical and methodological assistance for training production personnel, technical personnel, and other personnel in the production of subcontracted composite aeronautical parts HCIM (and updates). Manage the maintenance of qualification and multi-skill authorization matrices for maintenance personnel. Manage current quality documentation in compliance with the quality rules of the aeronautical standard EN 9100. Report to technical departments the discrepancies identified between quality requirements and technical documentation. Prepare and participate in audits (customer and regulatory). Ensure customer acceptance, FAI. Participate in quality investigations, corrective and preventive actions. Supervise control activities and manage authorized control personnel. Draft (if applicable) and process non-conformity reports (PVNC) and customer complaints. Participate in the management and animation of continuous improvement initiatives related to various points concerning: Manufacturing non-conformity (part NC, compliance with various procedures and instructions, etc.) Manufacturing improvement (various optimizations, etc.) Organize general monitoring of non-conformities and establish summaries of results relating to optimization and action follow-up work. Ensure responsibilities related to production: Ensure compliance with access and product preservation rules. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules. Other as requested. Organize and monitor the work of trainers concerning: Integration of new operators. Monitoring internal non-conformities. Monitoring customer non-conformities (internal and external). Organize follow-up meetings, establish, prioritize, and close actions to be carried out. Ensure all missions within the scope of their responsibilities or as requested by the hierarchical manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Be a graduate of Bac+5, engineer or equivalent;
• Good technical quality training;
• Have at least 3 years of experience in an industrial environment;
• Proficiency in Office tools;
• Good proficiency in problem-solving methodology tools;
• Sense of commitment and responsibility;
• Strong involvement and desire to learn;
• Your interpersonal skills, your curiosity, but also your ability to be proactive and innovation-oriented will enable you to successfully carry out your missions and thrive in this position.
