Job Description: Local + Permanent Contract Your Role: The IT Technician is responsible for installing and connecting the company's IT and telephone equipment. In addition to installation (cabling, connecting devices to each other and to external networks, configuring network equipment), the network and telecom technician maintains the system, ensures its proper functioning, advises users, performs regular tests, anticipates potential incidents, and intervenes in case of breakdowns. Training users on basic IT tools such as GLPI is also required. As an IT Technician, your responsibilities will include the following*: Managing work tools: Office 365, GLPI, user account management, and antivirus software; Replacing and managing consumables; Network maintenance and troubleshooting as needed; Maintenance and deployment of workstations; Monitoring external service providers as needed (preventive/corrective maintenance); Managing the IT infrastructure (PCs, printers, video surveillance) and software; Providing technical support for workstations at different sites and/or remotely; Performing all tasks within the scope of your duties or as requested by your supervisor. *This list is not exhaustive. Required Skills and Knowledge: A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) specializing in Administration/IT is required. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role is required; experience in industry is preferred. Proficiency in various IT tools and software is essential. Having knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, OSI) Having good knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows server, workstation, Active Directory) Your interpersonal skills, your curiosity, but also your ability to be proactive and to be oriented towards innovation will allow you to carry out your missions well and to thrive in this position.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Be a graduate with a Bac+3 specialisation in administration / IT.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar position; industry experience will be required.
• Mastering computer tools and various software.
• Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, OSI)
• Have a good knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows server, workstation, Active Directory)
• Your interpersonal skills, your curiosity, but also your ability to be proactive and to be oriented towards innovation will allow you to carry out your missions successfully and to thrive in this position.
