Your Role: The Quality System Coordinator is responsible for supporting and assisting in the implementation of the Integrated Management System within the company. Their main role is to collaborate closely with the Quality System Manager to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements, as well as the continuous improvement of processes. As Quality Coordinator, your responsibilities will be as follows*: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the IMS: Participate in the creation and implementation of the company's QMS and ensure the monitoring of procedures, policies, and reference documents related to quality. Monitor quality performance indicators: Collect and analyze data and quality performance indicators. Prepare reports and dashboards for the Quality System Manager. Participate in internal and external audits: Collaborate in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits, contribute to the identification of discrepancies and non-conformities, and propose corrective and preventive actions. Manage quality documents: Ensure the management and updating of quality documents, such as procedures, work instructions, and forms. Ensure that documents are accessible, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Awareness and training: Participate in raising employee awareness of quality issues and QMS requirements. Collaborate in the implementation of training programs and workshops to improve the understanding and application of quality principles. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions: Monitor corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits, non-conformities, and customer complaints. Ensure their timely implementation and effectiveness. Required skills and knowledge: Hold a Bac+2/3 (2-3 years of higher education) in quality or equivalent; Have at least 3 years of experience in an industrial environment and in a similar position; Solid knowledge of quality tools; Knowledge of ISO 9100 or EN9100, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards; Knowledge of manufacturing processes; Sense of commitment and responsibility; Strong involvement and a desire to learn; Your interpersonal skills, curiosity, and ability to be proactive and innovative will allow you to successfully carry out your missions and thrive in this position. Desired Candidate Profile
