Your function


The methods & industrialization engineer combines efficiency, rigor and inventiveness to develop, define and optimize manufacturing methods and production management.


As a Methods & Industrialization Engineer, your responsibilities will be as follows*:



  • Assisting with the training of technical and production staff on aeronautical parts.

  • Monitoring of skills, authorizations and qualifications of maintenance and methods teams.

  • Complete management of technical documentation: creation, updating, distribution, and compliance with customer requirements and EN9100 standards.

  • Creation of industrial files and product ranges.

  • Monitoring the configuration of parts according to regulatory requirements.

  • Tooling management: registration, control, maintenance and validation according to quality procedures.

  • Preparation for and participation in quality audits.

  • Implementation of technical controls, ISPs, customer acceptance testing, quality surveys and corrective actions.

  • Technical assistance to operators, problem solving, definition of plans and sketches.

  • Monitoring of workload transfers between the CI (France) and CIM (Morocco) units.

  • Participation in production operations (factory openings/closings, security, hygiene, environment, energy).

  • Supervision of technical teams: maintenance, methods, training.

  • Organizing follow-up meetings and managing the actions to be carried out.


Required skills and knowledge:



  • Candidates must have a Bac+5 degree (Industrial Engineering, Process and Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)

  • Having 3-5 years of experience in a similar position;

  • Mastery of the company's industrial processes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;

  • Mastery of EN9100 and ISO9001 quality standards
