Join our renowned healthcare facility, located in the heart of 6, as a Nursing Manager. Your role will be crucial in managing our healthcare teams and optimizing the quality of care provided to our patients. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in a dynamic and stimulating environment in the Pharmacy / Healthcare sector.

Your main responsibilities will be to ensure the operational excellence of the care unit under your responsibility, by ensuring effective management of human and material resources. You will be responsible for implementing care protocols, patient safety, and developing your teams' skills. Continuous improvement of service quality and patient satisfaction will be at the center of your concerns.

Your days will be marked by varied and rewarding responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing and nursing assistant teams.
• Develop and monitor schedules, manage attendance and absences.
• Ensure staff management, recruitment, and onboarding of new employees.
• Ensure the application of good professional practices and care protocols.
• Participate in assessing the needs for equipment and consumables, and manage their supply.
• Conduct training and support actions for the continuous professional development of teams.
• Participate in risk management and the implementation of quality improvement plans.
• Be a key contact for patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in Healthcare / Social Work fields.

Your professional background should demonstrate solid experience, ranging from 10 to 20 years, in management or leadership roles within healthcare facilities.

• Strong skills in team management and human resources management.
• Excellent knowledge of nursing practices and current regulations in the healthcare sector.
• Ability to solve complex problems and make quick, informed decisions.
• Proven abilities in communication, active listening, and teaching.
• Sense of organization, rigor, and ability to manage priorities.
• Proficiency in common computer tools and care management software.
