Roles & Responsibilities
Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering, Advanced degree in mechanical manufacturing or technical engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with specific expertise in molding (plastic injection, compression molding, extrusion molding, etc.)
Technical knowledge: Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for mold design (CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.). Knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics and automation.
Materials knowledge: Expertise in polymers, rubber, metals, or other materials used in molding. Knowledge of thermoplastic molds and injection molding processes.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose viable solutions.
Production methodologies: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.

الخبرة: خبرة لاتقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات في دور مشابه، مع خبرة محددة في القولبة (قولبة بالحقن البلاستيكي، قولبة بالضغط، قولبة بالاعتماد على البثق، إلخ)
المعرفة التقنية: الإلمام ببرمجيات CAD/CAM لتصميم القوالب (CATIA، SolidWorks، إلخ). معرفة الكهرباء والأنظمة الهيدروليكية والهوائية والتشغيل الآلي.
معرفة المواد: خبرة في البوليمرات والمطاط والمعادن أو مواد أخرى مستخدمة في القولبة. معرفة القوالب الحرارية القولبية وعمليات القولبة بالحقن.
المهارات التحليلية: القدرة على تحليل المشكلات الفنية المعقدة واقتراح حلول قابلة للتطبيق.
منهجيات الإنتاج: معرفة ممارسات التصنيع الرشيق، وSix Sigma، وأدوات التحسين المستمر.

المؤهل:
درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة الصناعية، دبلوم متقدم في التصنيع الميكانيكي أو الهندسة التقنية
الخبرة :
3-5 سنوات خبرة في دور مشابه، مع خبرة محددة في القولبة (قولبة بالحقن البلاستيكي، قولبة بالضغط، قولبة بالبثق، إلخ)
المعرفة التقنية:
الإلمام ببرمجيات CAD/CAM لتصميم القوالب (CATIA، SolidWorks، إلخ). معرفة الكهرباء والأنظمة الهيدروليكية والهوائية والتشغيل الآلي.
معرفة المواد:
الخبرة في البوليمرات والمطاط والمعادن أو مواد أخرى مستخدمة في القولبة. معرفة القوالب الحرارية القولبية وعمليات الحقن.
