Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure the implementation of the company s Human Resources strategy, policies, proceses and tools Be responsible for all areas of personnel management, including recruitment, training and development, payroll, personnel administration, and employee relations Develop programs that attract, develop, and retain employees within the company Design and implement programs to increase employee motivation and engagement Provide effective support and consultancy to senior management on HR-related matters Improve the quality and efficiency of human resources through talent management and development programs Identify business needs and implement appropriate HR solutions Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor legislation Act as a mediator in resolving company-wide and employee-related issues Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to personnel management and payroll processes Manage and develop the Human Resources team
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's in human resources or business administration
- A min of 8 years of experience, preferably in the automotive industry
