YOUR ROLE

• Lead SPC Programs deployment in BOUSKOURA : FDC - DCFC - CCM - CPK
• Be referrent in SPC Training.
• Configure SPC software, data collection interfaces, limits, alarms, and reports.
• Maintain and periodically review control limits and sampling strategies.
• Define sampling frequency, sample size, and measurement points.
• Work with production, test, and metrology to ensure reliable data capture.
• Validate measurement systems (MSA, GRR, stability, linearity, bias).
• Monitor control charts and respond to out-of-control signals.
• Distinguish between common cause and special cause variation.
• Perform capability analysis: CpC p , CpkC pk , PpP p , PpkP pk , yield, DPMO.
• Identify trends, shifts, cycles, and other patterns in process behavior.
• Lead or support investigations for:
• SPC alarms (points outside limits, runs, trends).
• Yield excursions, customer complaints, internal rejects.
• Use structured methods: 5-Why, Ishikawa, DOE, regression, correlation.
• Propose and validate corrective and preventive actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in ST, and some statistics & SPC Background.
