Desired Candidate Profile

• Implement and supervise operator teams.
• Ensure the achievement of production targets.
• Ensure cleanliness, order, and safety in the production workshop.
• Put in place the necessary means to ensure the proper functioning of production.
• Establish manufacturing orders.
• Respect the company s values.
• Guarantee the quality of the products manufactured.
• Ensure monitoring, analysis, and control of production waste.
• Propose and lead continuous improvement actions to optimize machine performance.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department.
• Technical or industrial Engineer
• French and English required.
