The main objective of this role is to guarantee operational excellence and the profitability of the industrial site. You will manage all activities in compliance with the strictest safety, quality, and environmental standards. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, control costs, and continuously improve efficiency. As a Site Manager, your responsibilities will cover a wide range of strategic and operational activities. You will be in charge of planning and supervising all production processes, ensuring their constant optimization to achieve set volume and quality objectives. Rigorous management of the site's budget, including cost control and the search for savings, will be a priority. You will directly manage all teams present on site, fostering their development and motivation, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment. The maintenance of equipment and facilities, as well as the management of investment and continuous improvement projects, will fall under your responsibility. You will also represent the company to local partners, authorities, and suppliers, maintaining strong and constructive relationships. Implementing and monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement will be an integral part of your daily work.

To excel in this role, a high-level academic background is required. You have a degree of Master's level (Bac +5) or higher, obtained from a recognized engineering school or university. Specialization in banking professions is not mandatory, but a curriculum focused on industrial management, mechanical engineering, process engineering, production management, or a similar field would be a significant asset.

Experience is a determining factor for this position. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive professional experience is expected, ideally in the automotive sector or a similar industrial environment. Significant experience in managing a profit center, leading multidisciplinary teams, and supervising complex production operations is essential. In-depth knowledge of the challenges of industrial site management and a proven ability to make strategic decisions will be highly valued.

Beyond your academic background and experience, certain behavioral and technical skills are essential for success. You possess a solid understanding of industrial processes, particularly in metallurgy and steelmaking. Your natural leadership allows you to unite and motivate your teams, while fostering a climate of trust and collaboration.
