Within a leading company in the agri-food sector, based in Sidi Bennour, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical and Automation Maintenance Technician. Join a dynamic team and contribute to operational excellence in a stimulating environment.

Your role will be essential in ensuring the reliability and performance of industrial facilities. You will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and automated equipment, thereby minimizing production downtime and optimizing processes.

Your main tasks will include: Performing maintenance on control and command equipment:

•Carry out maintenance tasks on regulation equipment according to the preventive maintenance plan

•Participate in diagnosing regulation equipment and instruments to locate causes of breakdowns

•Perform necessary corrective maintenance interventions

•Update the backlog of maintenance work for control and command equipment

•Assist service providers in carrying out their maintenance work

•Prepare intervention reports (internal and subcontracted) carried out during their shift and submit them to the line manager

•Perform rounds to check the proper functioning of regulation equipment

•Attend sector meetings

•Wire measurement instruments and valves with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)

•Calibrate plant measurement instruments and regulation valves (laboratory control instruments (sugar factories))

•Program PLCs and DCS (Digital Control System)•Check PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) parameters of regulation loops and update them as needed

Prepare equipment and assist with plant equipment start-up and act in case of malfunction

• Apply and participate in the development of operational standards
• Prevent HSE risks in carrying out their activities:

• Participate in cross-functional projects

You have a Bac+2/3 level education in automated systems electromechanics (ESA), industrial automation and instrumentation (AII), or equivalent

Experience as an intern in a similar position is required, ideally in the agri-food sector or heavy industry.
