HR Generalist

DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for HR Generalist in Morocco. In this role, you will develop and administer various HR processes and policies by providing day-to-day HR support and solutions to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain employees to achieve business objectives in line with business needs, overarching HR plans/ policies, best practices and current legislation.

In this HR Generalist position
Payroll Management
- You will act as the primary liaison between the company and the external payroll provider.
- You will prepare, validate, and submit monthly payroll inputs.
- You will review payroll outputs and ensure accuracy before final approval.
- You will investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll queries.
- You will ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- You will coordinate payroll-related audits and maintain necessary documentation.
- You will generate payroll reports and provide payroll data analysis as required.
HR Administration
- You will maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- You will prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and HR correspondence.
- You will ensure proper filing and maintenance of employee documentation.
- You will monitor employee leaves, attendance records, and HR-related transactions.
- You will support benefits administration and employee data updates.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- You will coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for new employees.
- You will prepare onboarding documentation and employment packages.
- You will coordinate induction sessions and orientation programs.
- You will ensure all necessary systems, accesses, and equipment are arranged before the start date.
- You will monitor probation periods and support confirmation processes.
- You will coordinate resignation and termination processes.
Talent Development
- You will support the implementation of Learning & Development initiatives.
- You will coordinate training logistics, registrations, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- You will maintain training records and development plans.
- You will support talent review and succession planning processes.
- You will assist in monitoring employee development activities and learning effectiveness.
- You will generate reports related to training participation and development metrics.
Performance Management Support
- You will support the annual and mid-year performance review cycles.
- You will coordinate performance management timelines and communications.
- You will track completion rates and provide follow-up support to managers and employees.
- You will prepare performance management reports and dashboards.
- You will support calibration and talent review meetings
Qualifications & Experience
Education Level
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- HR certification (preferred).
Experience Level
- More than 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Exposure to key HR functions, including Payroll Management, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), and Employee/Industrial Relations (ER/IR).
- Strong business acumen and understanding of HR's impact on organizational objectives.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
- Proven experience in delivering and supporting organizational change initiatives and projects.
