Job Description
Main mission:
To ensure the quality and reliability of the Salesforce solutions implemented (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) by testing configurations, developments and integrations.
Responsabilit s :

Write and execute functional and technical test plans.

Identify, document and track anomalies until they are resolved.

Collaborating with functional and technical teams to understand needs and write test scenarios.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing tools

Ensure traceability and compliance of tests with quality standards.

Qualifications

Search profile:

2-5 years of experience in Salesforce QA or functional testing on CRM.

Knowledge of Salesforce modules and best configuration practices.

My mastery of testing and monitoring tools (JIRA, ).

Ability to analyze business needs and write precise test scenarios.
-
Rigour, team spirit and good communication skills.
-
Skills in automated testing on Salesforce are an asset.
