Job Description
As a Delivery Excellence Manager , you ensure the application of best practices in project management and software engineering within the projects and programs you oversee. You ensure compliance with SQLI standards, including commitments, quality, costs, deadlines, customer satisfaction, and compliance. You work across the entire production line in collaboration with project managers and project directors who report the operational aspects of their missions to you.

Operational management and monitoring: Supervise delivery activities, provide methodological support, ensure control of the implementation of KPI dashboards, control finances and examine risks.

Qualifications

Software engineering skills: Good mastery of software engineering practices.

Technical skills: Solid technical background, ideally experience in developing or integrating IT solutions.

Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills with a good command of English.

Computer skills: Good command of Office suites and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

Analytical qualities: Ability to synthesize information and creativity in finding solutions.

Organization: Rigor, sense of organization and method.

Multicontextual capabilities: Ability to work in different contexts, facilitating the management of several projects in parallel.
