Job Description

• Mastering back-end development with NodeJS 16 and ExpressJS.
• Have solid experience with creating and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Be able to write unit and integration tests with Jest.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the PostgreSQL database .
• be familiar with API documentation tools like Swagger.
• Have an understanding of the concepts of OAuth and OIDC authentication.
• be comfortable with Git version control tools (BitBucket).
• Having experience with Bash scripts to automate tasks.
• Have a good knowledge of the Linux Debian (Ubuntu) environment.
• to be able to work with Google APIs.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills: Ability to produce high-quality deliverables and reports.
• Having an analytical mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement: Ability to evaluate code and its impacts, as well as to question existing solutions in order to improve them.
• Having the ability to step back : The ability to evaluate problems objectively and propose solutions for improvement.
• Having a team spirit : Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• A Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or equivalent university qualification with a specialization in computer science, or equivalent significant experience.
• 7 years of JavaScript experience
• Experience in the retail or mass distribution sector would be an asset.
