Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Consultant / SAP CRM Developer (Sales & Service Cloud), ideally with good knowledge of CPQ &/or BTP &/or CPI, motivated and experienced to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing CRM solutions (Sales and Service Cloud) integrated with SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and SAP Commerce Cloud. If you have this experience, you could also work on innovative integrations based on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet client needs while ensuring high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Development and Customization:

• Design and develop custom solutions in SAP Cloud Application Studio.
• Write scripts and extensions using ABSL.
• Configure and design user interfaces with the UI Designer.

Integration Management:

• Implement and manage integrations between SAP C4C and other systems via OData and SOAP APIs.
• Develop and test web services to ensure reliable and secure data exchange.
• Identify and resolve issues related to integration flows.

Documentation and Support:

• Write detailed technical documentation for all developed solutions.
• Provide training or technical support to users and internal teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills:

• Expertise in SAP Cloud Application Studio and development with ABSL.
• Proficiency in UI Designer for screen customization.
• Strong API integration skills, particularly with OData and SOAP.
• Good understanding of data management concepts and XML/JSON structures.
• Good communication skills for collaboration with technical and functional stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP C4C technical development.
• An SAP C4C certification is an asset.

Additional Assets:

• Knowledge of other SAP solutions (S/4HANA, BTP).
