Roles & Responsibilities
Ensures the Quality Management Activities during samples and pre-production phases Ensures the validation and release of production area and equipment, is responsible for approval of the new equipment Ensures the control of non-conforming products Leads and/or coaches implementation of corrective/preventive actions for internal and external failures
Desired Candidate Profile
- Level of Education : Engineer
- Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent
- Experience : 4 years experience in the automotive industry
- Language : French and English are mandatory
- Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
- Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique
