Roles & Responsibilities

Manages and supervises the Quality Management & HSEE org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Quality Management & HSEE Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility Manages and supervises multiple org units within Quality Management & HSEE Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Experience

• Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English (mandatory) / French (mandatory)
• Professional certifications are considered an advantage (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Six Sigma, NEBOSH, IOSH).
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the automotive industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position covering Quality Management and/or HSEE within a manufacturing environment.
• Mandatory experience in the automotive wiring harness industry.
• Proven experience managing Quality and HSEE functions at plant and/or country level .
• Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple production sites.
