To strengthen its Commercial Department, Bank Assafa is recruiting for the position of Account Manager in the city of Kénitra, who will be responsible for:

- Ensuring customer reception and managing current operations.

- Handling counter operations (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, currency exchange...)

- Performing daily opening and closing tasks.

- Managing the counter's client portfolio and selling the bank's products,

- Performing daily opening and closing tasks.

- Guiding customers to the appropriate service based on their needs and contributing to achieving the agency's objectives.

Holding a university degree or equivalent (BAC+3) from a university or business school;
- Perfect command of French, both spoken and written;
- Good listening and analytical skills;
- Good knowledge of banking products and services, especially participatory products.
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to adapt and learn;
- Time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to manage stress.
