Description of the company and the position: As part of the strategic development of its activities, our client is recruiting a Head of the Reinforcement Design Office
Main Mission:
Analyze plans and establish nomenclatures.
Internal and external relations:
Internal relations: Sales Administration Agents, Sales Representatives.
External relations: clients, site managers.
Job Responsibilities:
Register and track received plans (number and date),
Ensure technical study and analysis of plans,
Establish nomenclature and prepare manufacturing orders in the software,
Coordinate with site managers on construction sites,
Classify and archive validated plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Technician draftsman for building or civil engineering technician.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Technical skills required: Computer-aided design (CAD), construction standards, plan reading and analysis, measurement techniques, safety standards, office automation tools.
- Human skills required: communication skills, methodology, organization, rigor.

المهمة الرئيسية:
تحليل المخططات وتحديد التسميات
العلاقات الداخلية والخارجية:
العلاقات الداخلية: وكلاء إدارة المبيعات، مندوبي المبيعات.
العلاقات الخارجية: العملاء، مديرو المواقع.
مسؤوليات العمل:
تسجيل وتتبع المخططات المستلمة (الرقم والتاريخ)،
ضمان الدراسة الفنية وتحليل المخططات،
تحديد التسمية وإعداد أوامر التصنيع في البرنامج،
تنسيق مع مديري المواقع في مواقع البناء،
تصنيف وأرشفة المخططات المعتمدة.
المرشح المثالي
- فني رسام لبناء أو هندسة مدنية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين.
- المهارات الفنية المطلوبة: التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب (CAD)، معايير البناء، قراءة وتحليل المخططات، تقنيات القياس، معايير السلامة، أدوات أتمتة المكتب.
- المهارات البشرية المطلوبة: مهارات التواصل، المنهجية، التنظيم، الدقة.
