هنا في Mindera المغرب، نواصل تطوير فريق رائع، ونود ان تنضم إلينا. نبحث عن مطور أندرويد لا يكتفي بمهارات تقنية قوية في تطوير المحمول native فحسب، بل يتفوّق أيضاً في الملاءمة مع الفريق، والتواصل، والتعاون. ستقوم بإنشاء تجارب محلية استثنائية باستخدام أحدث تقنيات التجارة الإلكترونية مع ضمان جودة منتج عالمية المستوى. وفقاً لكلمات فريقنا: العمل يشبه إلى حد ما مطبخاً فاخراً؛ يتم صياغة التطبيق وفقاً لأعلى معايير تطوير البرمجيات لتقديم تجربة راقية تُعرض بشكل جذاب. إذا كنت approachable وتتواصل بوضوح وتستمتع بالعمل في بيئة فريق تعاونية وإيجابية، فسنكون سعداء بسماعك. مدة السفر المتوقعة وطنياً ودولياً تتفاوت وفق المشروع/العميل واحتياجات المنظمة: تقدير 0%-15%.
الملف المطلوب المرشح
- الأولوية القصوى
- اتصال واضح وفعال، قادر على التعبير عن الأفكار والتعاون بكفاءة ضمن الفريق.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية بشكل قوي.
- يسهل التعاطي معه، يساهم في أجواء فريق إيجابية.
- التلاؤم مع الفريق هو المفتاح؛ نثمن الأشخاص الممتعين للعمل معهم بقدر ما نثمن المهارات التقنية.
- الاعتماد على الذات، مريح في العمل باستقلالية نحو هدف فريق مشترك.
- المهارات التقنية
- خبرة قوية في Kotlin (Kotlin Multiplatform ميزة).
- إتقان Jetpack Compose (Compose Multiplatform ميزة).
- فهم عميق لـ Coroutines و/أو RxJava.
- فهم راسخ لهندسة البرمجيات (MVVM أو ما شابه).
- خبرة مع مكونات هندسة أندرويد المعمارية (ViewModel, LiveData, Room، إلخ).
- الاختبار الأحادي واختبار الواجهة (تطوير مدفوع بالاختبار ذو قيمة عالية).
- إنشاء تفاعلات بصرية سلسة وتنفيذ أنماط تجربة مستخدم حديثة للهاتف المحمول.
- معرفة بتحسين الأداء، الرصد، والمقاييس لإظهار اهتمامك بالكود الخاص بك.
- طرق العمل
- منهجيات Agile مثل Scrum وKanban.
- التعاون مباشرة مع العملاء لضمان قابلية التنفيذ تقنياً وامتلاك الميزة.
- توجيه المهندسين المبتدئين وتطوير ثقافة التعلم المستمر.
- الأنماط المعمارية القائمة على الخدمات وهياكل البيانات القوية.

You will create exceptional native experiences with the latest e-commerce tech stack while ensuring world-class product quality. - Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Kotlin (Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus).
- Jetpack Compose proficiency (Compose Multiplatform is a plus).
- Deep knowledge of Coroutines and/or RxJava.
- Solid understanding of Software Architecture (MVVM or similar).
- Experience with Android Architecture Components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, etc.).
- Unit testing and UI testing (Test-driven development is highly valued).
- Creating fluid visual interactions and implementing modern mobile UX patterns.
- Knowledge of performance optimization , observability, and metrics to show you care about your code.
- Ways of Working
- Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Collaborating directly with clients to ensure technical feasibility and feature ownership.
- Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Service-oriented architectures , design patterns, and robust data structures.
