Roles & Responsibilities

Manages and supervises the product Section org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs Designs and leads initiatives with regard to product Section Takes Responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of ​​Responsibility Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of ​​Responsibility Manages and supervises multiple org units within product Section Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth

Qualifications and Experience

Level of Education: Engineer or Master Degree Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent Experience: A minimum of 7 years in a leadership position in the automotive industry is mandatory Language: English and French are mandatory
