About the position

As part of the development of our ServiceNow projects, we are looking for an experienced and CSA certified ServiceNow Developer to strengthen our teams and work on high-value projects within complex and evolving environments.

Your mission

• Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Work on one or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, FSM, SPM, WSD)
• Develop workflows, business rules, scripts (Client / Server side), integrations, and forms
• Apply ServiceNow best practices and ensure code quality
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, architects, and IT teams
• Participate in testing, deployment, and support phases

Your profile

• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow consultant
• Significant experience on the ServiceNow platform
• Expertise in at least one ServiceNow module
• Good command of IT processes and ITIL concepts
• Experience in Agile methodologies and/or V-Cycle
• Excellent communication, analysis, and synthesis skills
• Fluent French and English
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification required.
