The consultant will be responsible for: Leading industrialization projects for new civil engine repairs, from feasibility study to commissioning. Translating the requirements of manufacturers and the design office (BE) into industrial workshop processes. Defining repair procedures and work instructions. Qualifying means and tooling (equipment, machines, tools). Missions: Drafting repair procedures, work instructions, and technical files. Establishing the quality plan, resource management plan, and technical facts, anomalies, or evolutions management plan. Ensuring weekly reporting via Flash Reports and Scorecards. Managing the project dashboard (tracking actions, blocking points, risk analyses, OQD/OTD indicators). Drafting minutes (CR) of launch, progress, and closing reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent university degree (Bac+5), specializing in Mechanical Engineering, Industrialization, Production, or Aeronautics, or with equivalent significant experience. Experience: 3 to 8 years of successful experience in Methods, Industrialization, or R&D, ideally in the aeronautics, space, or high-precision automotive sector.
