Faced with the recovery in air travel and the accelerated marketing of the LEAP engine, SAFRAN is experiencing a significant increase in maintenance activities. The Support and Service Department has created a dedicated sales expertise center for invoicing based on customer terms. Within this center, the Sales Administration & Invoicing Manager position focuses specifically on invoicing maintenance operations performed in-store, by subsidiaries located outside France, and on maintenance operations outsourced to third parties (SAE Offload partners). This department, based in Casablanca, will be responsible for invoicing based on customer terms, particularly for customers in the MEA region, and may, depending on workload in other regions, provide support in other areas. The Sales Administration & Invoicing Manager will also be responsible for preparing Cost+ invoices for LEAP maintenance activities for the local subsidiary (SAESC), for rebilling to SAE France according to the established process. In this context, we are seeking a manager in Morocco (Casablanca) whose mission will be to build, supervise, train, and manage the processes and activities of the local team, in conjunction with the manager and team located in France (Montereau-sur-le-Jard), using the tools implemented by the department. The same applies to the Cost+ billing activities of the subsidiary, reporting to the Customer Relations & Sales Administration Director of the local SAE subsidiary (SAESC).

Job Requirements

With a background in MANAGEMENT, COMMERCE, ACCOUNTING, or equivalent, you have experience in a similar role. You are rigorous, adaptable, versatile, and proactive. You possess strong teamwork, analytical, and synthesis skills, and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You have a good working knowledge of Excel and office software (PowerPoint, Word, etc.), are fluent in French (spoken and written), and are proficient in English for international and cross-functional collaboration. SAP experience would be an asset.
