الملف الشخصي الخاص بك:
• مستوى الدراcة: شهادة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية، المجالات التقنية أو ما يعادلها. (شهادة Bac scientifique مطلوبة)
• الخبرة: 3 سنوات من الخبرة و18 شهراً في المنصب الحالي.
• اللغات: مستوى متوسط في الإنجليزية و الفرنسية.

واجهة مسؤولي العميل من 3D/2D
تحليل جميع بيانات الإدخال من فريق تصميم العميل: المخططات، 3D أو لوحات النموذج، ...
التحقق من بيانات الإدخال من العميل بخصوص التعقيد وإدارة ملف PTA القابل للتسليم
متابعة طلبات تغيير الهندسة
فحص تغييرات الهندسة بالنسبة للمواصفات وإدارة المهام التصميمية المرتبطة
قيادة تحديث رسومات العميل استناداً إلى الرسم/مراجعة التصميم وقائمة التغييرات المعتمدة/المفرج عنها، وكذلك قائمة تحقق الرسومات ومتابعة خطة العمل المرتبطة
دعم مصانع Yazaki، وVAVE ورسومات التصنيع
واجهة مصنع Yazaki لتوضيح أي قضية تصميم/سؤال أو تحليل طلبات التحسينات
دعم أنشطة هدف VAVE وMIT
دعم عملية رسومات التصنيع
تنظيم وقيادة مراجعة تصميم العميل وDFM
ضمان مراجعة التصميم مع العميل
تحضير وتحقيق DFM في المصنع واتباع خطة عمل DFM

Your Profile:
• Level of studies: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, technical fields or equivalent. (Bac scientific as must)
• Experience: 3 years of experience & 18 months in current position.
• Languages: Intermediate level in English & French.
Main responsibilities:

Interface customer responsibles of 3D/2D
Analyze all input data from customer design team : Schematics, 3D or formboards,...
Check input data from customer regarding complexity and manage deliverable PTA file
Follow Engineering Change requests
Check engineering changes in regards of specifications and manage related Design tasks
Lead customer drawings update based on drawings/design review and agreed/released list of changes, as well as drawings checklist and follow related actions plan
Support Yazaki plants, VAVE and manufacturing drawings
Interface Yazaki plant to clarify any design issue/Question or analyze optimizations requests
Support VAVE target & MIT activities
Support Manufacturing drawings process
Organize and lead customer Design review & DFM
Ensure Design review with customer
Prepare and achieve DFM in plant & Follow the DFM action plan
