الوظيفة :
ضمن المشروع، المهام الرئيسية ستكون كالتالي:
- دمج مكونات البرمجيات في منصة نظام AUTOSAR Adaptive موجودة.
- فهم والتحقق من تدفقات CI/CD.
- التعاون مع فرق التطوير لضمان التكامل السلس للميزات والوظائف الجديدة.
- تحليل وتتبع قضايا التكامل وتقديم حلول في الوقت المناسب.
- إدارة الوقت بشكل فعال للوفاء بمواعيد المشروع وتقديم نتائج عالية الجودة.
- المساهمة بأفكار للتحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق التأثير.
- العمل عن كثب مع أصحاب المصلحة لدعم المتطلبات والتكيف مع بيئات المشروع المتغيرة.
- الحفاظ على الوثائق لعمليات التكامل وتكوين الأنظمة.
- دعم عمليات الإصدار من خلال دمج عناصر البرمجيات في حزمة إصدار واحدة.
- تحليل التقنيات الجديدة (مكدسات البرمجيات، المكوِّنات) وتقييم أثرها على متطلبات التكامل، وإعداد دراسات جدوى أو إثبات مفاهيم.
- إظهار الرغبة في تعلم تقنيات جديدة.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب :
- درجة الماجستير (BAC+5) من مدرسة هندسية أو جامعة مختصة في الأنظمة المدمجة.
- 1 إلى 3 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال دمج البرمجيات.
- خبرة في تطوير البرمجيات للأنظمة المدمجة/الميكروكنترولرات.
- معرفة بمعايير هندسة الأنظمة والبرمجيات (مثلاً IEEE 12207، ASPICE/VDA QMC).
- خبرة في تكوين النظام ودمج البرمجيات.
- CI/CD، البرمجة/إعادة البرمجة (Trace32).
- البرمجة: C، C++، Python
- الأدوات: GitHub، Make/CMake، CANoe، أدوات Autosar (مثل System Desk).

Within the project, your main tasks will include:
- Integrate software components into an existing AUTOSAR Adaptive system platform.
- Understand and verify CI/CD pipeline workflows.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and functionalities.
- Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement within the scope of influence.
- Work closely with stakeholders to support requirements and adapt to changing project environments.
- Maintain documentation for integration processes and system configurations.
- Support release processes by integrating software elements into a single release package.
- Analyze new technologies (software stacks, configurators), assess impact on integration requirements, and prepare feasibility studies or proof of concepts.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn new technologies.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (BAC+5) from an engineering school or university specializing in embedded systems.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the field of Software integration.
- Experience with software development for embedded systems/microcontrollers.
- Knowledge of system and software engineering standards (e.g., IEEE 12207, ASPICE/VDA QMC).
- Experience with system configuration and software integration.
- CI/CD, flashing/debugging (Trace32).
- Programming: C, C++, Python
- Tools: GitHub, Make/CMake, CANoe, Autosar tooling (e.g., System Desk).
