Job Description. Expertise & Design: Define the technical architecture of the Outlook solution and ensure its alignment with technical standards (architecture, security). Build, maintain, and evolve the product's technical roadmap. Participate in the design, sizing, and scalability of email services. B. Industrialization & Operations: Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of monitoring, alerting, automation, and CI/CD pipelines. Guarantee the performance, availability, and resilience of the Outlook service. Manage the integration and deployment of technical enhancements. Provide level 3 expert support for major incidents. C. Governance & Quality: Ensure the quality of technical deliverables and the maintenance of cross-functional standards. Contribute to risk analyses, audits, and cybersecurity requirements. D. Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with the Product Owner, architects, cybersecurity, the Exchange Online team, and other TGITS squads. Provide mentorship, support engineers, and strengthen the squad's technical culture. Contribute to cross-functional technical meetings and continuous improvement workshops. Key Deliverables: Product technical roadmap. Detailed architecture and technical documentation. Test plans and technical validation. Performance indicators (SLA, SLO, SLI). Technical post-mortems and improvement plans. Industrialization scripts, automations, and dashboards.

Interpersonal Skills and Technical Leadership: Ability to orient, challenge, and guide the engineering team. Clear and Pedagogical Communication: Ability to simplify complex technical topics for the Product Owner, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Natural Cross-Functional Collaboration: Seamless collaboration with cybersecurity, architects, other product squads, operations, and global M365 teams. Proactivity and Autonomy: Proactive approach to improving product reliability, user experience, and industrialization.

C. Additional Skills: Advanced PowerShell expertise (automation, Exchange Online management). Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools: Defender, Purview, Intune. Knowledge of hybrid environments (Exchange On-Premise + Cloud). Knowledge of network and security infrastructures (TLS, SMTP, email routing). Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, App Insights).

D. Organizational & Methodological Skills Advanced mastery of Agile Product: Contribution to the drafting of technical Epics/Features, facilitation of technical ceremonies. FinOps culture / budget optimization: cost evaluation, resource and sizing optimization. Knowledge of ITIL processes: Change management, problem management, service continuity.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Engineer or senior expert in Microsoft Messaging / Exchange / Outlook with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies and their operational constraints. Proven experience in an expert role, technical lead, or cross-functional responsibility. Ability to lead technical projects, manage complexity, and make strategic decisions. Team spirit, service-oriented, and able to work in an agile environment (product squads). Strong interest in platform industrialization, quality, and reliability.
