Participation in the development of budgets, updates, PMTs, and rolling forecasts. Budgetary control and analysis of variances between actual, forecast, and budget, proposing corrective actions. Development and monthly monitoring of productivity by activity. Monthly monitoring of operating costs by activity. Calculation of hourly rates by activity and site supply costs. Participate in the calculation of cost of sales and establishment of annual selling prices. Update accounting views of components and selling prices. Calculation of actual production costs CCF (Material Ledger). Monitoring of investment authorizations, commitments, and related orders. Weekly analysis of Industrial Variances (price variances, hour variances). Analyze accrued invoices and supplier return orders. Analyze non-production orders and follow up with operational staff for receipts. Analysis and validation of cycle count variances. Participate in monthly and annual closing activities (calculation of statistical ratios, disbursement). Analysis of entries, analytical imputations, and anomaly treatment before closing to ensure the reliability of financial and management data by activity. Participates in annual auditor audits.
