We are looking for an IT Technician in Casablanca. Your responsibilities will include: - Diagnosing and resolving Level 1 IT and network incidents. - Installing and configuring workstations according to internal standards. - Managing, monitoring, and maintaining the fleet of MFPs, CABs, etc. printers. - Providing technical and functional support to users. - Maintaining the hardware and software of the IT infrastructure. - Performing cabling, patching, and commissioning operations on equipment. - Ensuring the proper functioning and security of deployed infrastructures. - Participating in IT infrastructure deployment projects (networks, security, cabling, Wi-Fi, etc.).
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac+2/3 level education - Advanced proficiency in the Windows operating system. - Maintenance and management of MFP printers. - Good knowledge of networks. - Customer service orientation, autonomy, and team spirit.
