Job Description: As a Digital Engineer passionate about process optimization and digital innovation, you will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and developing innovative operational and IT solutions to improve the performance and efficiency of our industrial and service activities.

Main tasks:

• Analyze and optimize internal processes and collaborate with different departments to identify and implement appropriate solutions.
• Design and deploy IT tools for performance monitoring, digitization of manual tools, and process automation.
• Leveraging production data using analytical software (Python, SQL, Power BI, AI, etc.)
• Managing the company's Industry 4.0 projects
• To monitor technological developments and propose innovative solutions to support the company's digital transformation

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements

• Degree from an engineering school in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field
• Experience in cross-functional project management
• Proficiency in IT development and data analysis tools (Python, RPA, SQL, VBA, Power BI, C#, Microsoft Power Platform, etc.)
• Knowledge of automation tools and AI
• Ability to work in a team, analytical mind and sense of innovation
