Position:Asset Associate Manager
Job Description:
As part of its growth, ARROW GC is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Team Leader inside sales associate (English speaker),
What you will be doing at ARROW:
Provide clear direction and guidance to team members,
Identify and address team member training needs,
Facilitate open and effective communication within the team,
Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions to challenges,
Allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes,
Report regularly on team progress and key performance indicators.

Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role,
Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
Ability to motivate and engage team members,
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

كجزء من نموها، تُقَوّي ARROW GC فرقها وتبحث عن قائد فريق المبيعات الداخلية (متحدث الإنجليزية)،
ما الذي ستقوم به في ARROW:
توفير توجيه وإرشاد واضح لأعضاء الفريق،
تحديد و معالجة احتياجات تدريب أعضاء الفريق،
تسهيل التواصل المفتوح والفعال داخل الفريق،
التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق لإيجاد حلول إبداعية للتحديات،
تخصيص الموارد بشكل فعال لتحسين نتائج المشروع،
إبلاغ تقدم الفريق ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية بشكل منتظم.
