By acting on the production chain, by taking charge of:
IT incidents in your area of activity
Multichannel requests within your scope
• You ensure proactive customer order management through real-time handling of customer and IT blocking issues.
• You contribute to a positive customer experience by respecting production deadlines.
• You inform clients of any changes in delivery conditions.
• You actively participate in the improvement of internal and cross-functional processes to offer our clients a quality journey and a differentiated relationship.

من خلال العمل في سلسلة الإنتاج، تولّي مسؤولية:
حوادث تكنولوجيا المعلومات في مجال نشاطك
طلبات القنوات المتعددة ضمن نطاقك
• تضمن إدارة طلب العميل بشكل استباقي من خلال التعامل في الوقت الحقيقي مع مشاكل حظر العميل ونظم تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
• تسهم في تجربة عميل إيجابية من خلال احترام مواعيد الإنتاج.
• تعلم العملاء بأي تغييرات في ظروف التسليم.
• تشارك بنشاط في تحسين العمليات الداخلية وعبر الأقسام لتقديم رحلة عالية الجودة وعلاقة متمايزة لعملائنا.
