Monitoring of construction and finishing works for real estate projects:

- Supervise all construction and finishing works of the structures
- Check the conformity of the works carried out against the project plans and specifications
- Plan and ensure that deadlines are met by the various stakeholders
- Coordinate all service providers and site management 
- Assist and participate in the acceptance of works by site management
- Ensure the delivery of goods or structures and provide after-sales service and ensure smooth operation during exploitation
 

• Bac+2 or Professional License in Civil Engineering and Building
• Mandatory experience of minimum 5 years 
• Proficiency in site management and construction project techniques for all trades (TCE) (Monitoring, coordination, and supervision of works)
• Proficiency in technical building trades (Structural work, plumbing, air conditioning, electricity, etc.)
• Proficiency in architectural trades (Tiling, false ceilings, dry partitions, etc.)
• Planning
• Conformity checks and acceptance of works
