As a Manager, your tasks will be varied and stimulating:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations related to insurance contract management.
• Analyze risks and propose solutions adapted to customer needs.
• Develop and monitor performance reports.
• Participate in defining the commercial strategy and its deployment.
• Lead and manage the teams under your responsibility.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of operations.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and partners.

Your technical expertise and leadership will be major assets in carrying out these responsibilities.

To be considered for this position, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally supplemented by a recognized specialization in Insurance business lines. This solid academic background has provided you with the fundamental knowledge necessary to excel in the insurance field.

We are looking for someone with significant experience, between 10 and 20 years, which must have been acquired in the Insurance sector, and more particularly in management or leadership roles. This wealth of experience has allowed you to develop a deep understanding of market challenges and a proven ability to manage complex situations.
