The Sofitel Tamuda Bay Beach & Spa is recruiting a Duty Manager. You will be responsible for supervising hotel operations during your shift, ensuring coordination between different departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction and comfort.
Main Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with service standards.
- Make necessary operational decisions.
- Follow up on specific situations and incidents.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of guests.
- Ensure communication with management.
- Prepare and transmit handover reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Training in hotel management or hotel operations.
Proven experience in an operational hotel role.
Excellent service and leadership skills.
Good decision-making and complex situation management skills.
Proficiency in French and English.

مهارات اتخاذ القرار وإدارة المواقف المعقدة جيدة.
الكفاءة في اللغة الفرنسية والإنجليزية.
