Airfreight ACC Specialist

In this Airfreight ACC Specialist position

• You will support the execution of plans and processes to implement the Air Freight (AFR) pricing strategy.
• You will assist in responding to pricing enquiries in an efficient and competitive manner.
• You will execute assigned tasks and activities while ensuring effective resource management and optimizing productivity in day-to-day operations.
• You will support the timely monitoring and accurate updating of local tariffs.
• You will prepare and submit relevant documentation for tenders.
• You will develop and maintain databases containing specific information to enable timely responses to network queries.
• You will build and maintain strong business relationships with customers and airline partners.
• You will prepare carrier performance reports and participate in performance reviews.
• You will identify opportunities to enhance services and processes to secure cost-effective and competitive pricing and negotiate competitive rates with airline suppliers while meeting required service specifications and transit time targets.
• You will stay informed about new solutions, services, lane developments, and traffic trends within the air freight industry.
• You will provide functional guidance, advice, or training to less experienced team members, where required.
• You will identify and resolve recurring issues and recommend improvements to AFR pricing methods to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• You will work as an individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading others.
• You will influence others within your job area through the explanation of facts, policies, procedures, and best practices.
• You will collaborate and interact primarily with colleagues within your own function.
• You will build relationships with customers and key stakeholders and develop an understanding of their interests and concerns.
• You will address task-related issues appropriately to maintain effective working relationships and support successful business outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

• More than 2 Years’ experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
• Good communication
• Good English and Arabic Both Written and Spoken
• Ability to communicate effectively on all levels

• Ability to use initiative and be a self-starter

• Education Level

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification

• Experience Level

2 years experience

• Fluent English
• Fluent French

• Fluent Arabic
