Within the framework of a strategic project for one of our major Nearshore clients, we are looking for an EDI Project Manager capable of ensuring the interface between the Supply Chain business needs, IT teams, and EDI solutions. You will be at the heart of EDI system evolution projects, with a strong dimension of steering, coordination, technical expertise, and MCO (Maintenance in Operational Condition).

Your main missions:

EDI Project Steering

• Steer EDI projects from end to end: technical migrations, integration of new flows, opening of connections.
• Coordinate different stakeholders: business / Business Units, IT teams, CIOs, and EDI providers.
• Steer the provider: follow-up instances, evolution requests, service quality, and SLA compliance.

Design & Implementation

• Analyze functional needs and draft technical specifications.
• Design and perform flow mappings.
• Configure and implement new EDI messages.
• Organize and coordinate testing phases: Unit Testing, non-regression, and business acceptance.
• Steer production rollouts and support changes.

MCO & Support N3

• Daily supervision of EDI flow generation and integration.
• Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the EDI catalog.
• Handle complex incidents and high-impact anomalies.
• Guarantee continuity and quality of service.

Desired Candidate Profile

• You have significant experience in EDI environments, ideally in Supply Chain / Retail / Mass Distribution contexts.
• You have mastered:
• EDIFrance / WebEDI / EDIConnect solutions
• The design and mapping of EDI flows
• The steering of technical projects
• Testing and acceptance phases
• MCO and Level 3 support
• The coordination of providers and business/IT teams
• You are recognized for your rigor, your coordination skills, and your sense of service.
• You know how to operate in a multi-stakeholder environment and take charge of complex technical subjects while maintaining a project vision.
