الملف المطلوب:
- التعليم: شهادة Bac+2 / درجة جامعية ثانية (BTS، DUT، DTS، أو ما يعادلها) في الصيانة الصناعية، الكهروميكانيك، الأتمتة، أو مجال ذو صلة.
- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صناعة أسلاك التجهيز للمركبات (منطقة التجميع)
- الخبرة التقنية:لوحة اختبار (EMDEP، DINEFER، )،معدات ربط براغي،أنظمة الرؤية ومعدات الفحص،آلة اللحام
المسؤوليات الأساسية
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية على معدات الإنتاج.
- تشخيص وحل مشاكل كهربائية، ميكانيكية، هوائية وأتمتة.
- ضمان موثوقية وتوافر معدات التصنيع.
- تحليل فشل المعدات وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية ووقائية.
- دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتقليل فترات التوقف وتحسين أداء الآلة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات الصيانة والوثائق الفنية دقيقة.
- التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج لضمان تشغيل سلس.

Required Profile:
- Education: Bac+2 / Associate Degree (BTS, DUT, DTS, or equivalent) in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Automation, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive wiring harness industry (Assembly area)
- Technical Expertise:Test Board (EMDEP, DINEFER, ),Screwing Equipment,Vision systems and inspection equipment,welding machine
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation-related issues.
- Ensure the reliability and availability of manufacturing equipment.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve machine performance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
