Main duties: Responsible for the daily tidying and cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, in accordance with applicable hotel standards and procedures, as well as safety and hygiene regulations. Keep all equipment clean, tidy, and well-maintained according to the housekeeping operations manual, including proper and secure storage. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel, public areas, break rooms, and surrounding area. Have a complete understanding of the various cleaning products and their uses. Report any damaged or missing items in guest rooms to the Housekeeping Supervisor for action and follow-up. Hand over all lost and found items to the Supervisor/Assistant Housekeeper with complete and detailed information. Respond to guest requests courteously and promptly in the performance of duties. To ensure all guests enjoy their stay by receiving the best personalized service. Escorte guests rather than giving directions. Respect guest privacy (e.g., by respecting the "Do Not Disturb" sign) and the confidentiality of information. Take into consideration guest behavior and inform the GG supervisor/assistant. Report any guest comments or complaints. Ensure guest documentation in rooms is complete and up-to-date. Attend a daily briefing with the housekeeping team. Sort and count soiled linen items before sending them to the laundry. Sort waste. Take care of hotel equipment, complimentary welcome gifts, and guest linens. Be responsible for cleaning and restocking the cart daily. Keep the cart and storage area impeccably organized. Ensure corridors are kept clean and free of obstructions. Apply hotel safety rules. Contribute to the hotel's commitments under the Environmental Charter (energy conservation, recycling, waste sorting, etc.). Be fully flexible and adapt to the rotation within the different subsections of the housekeeping department. Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the Floor Supervisor and the Assistant General Manager. Other duties: Arrive at work on time wearing the appropriate uniform and name badge. Maintain a high level of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department's appearance standards. Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times. Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.Respond to any changes in the department dictated by the hotel's needs. Demonstrate flexibility and expand the duties of the position to fulfill all other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the scope of the position, as assigned, including reassignment to other departments if necessary, in order to meet business demands and customer service needs. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

- Good oral and written communication skills.

- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
