Main Mission:

• Lead the MYMOBIRENT agency to develop turnover, ensure the profitability of the business, and guarantee high service quality throughout the customer journey.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the agency team and organize daily activities.
• Supervise reservations, deliveries, returns, and vehicle availability.
• Ensure compliance with the agency's commercial, administrative, and financial procedures.
• Monitor commercial performance, customer satisfaction, and execution quality.

Key Tasks:

• Organize the schedule for teams and rental operations.
• Control contracts, deposits, payments, and daily closing procedures.
• Handle complex complaints and resolve sensitive situations with clients.
• Develop local sales and proximity partnerships.
• Produce regular reports on agency activity.

KPI:

• Agency turnover.
• Occupancy rate of the assigned fleet.[cite:5]
• Reservation to rental conversion rate.[cite:12]
• Customer satisfaction rate.[cite:12]
• Rate of operational and financial errors.

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in commerce or management, with proven experience in agency management, vehicle rental, hospitality, tourism, or a service activity with a strong operational component.
• Leadership, commercial acumen, rigor, results-oriented, and a strong customer service culture.
