As part of the development of our business unit Supeco, we are recruiting HR Supervisors in Tangier.

Main Mission:

Deploy and execute operational HR activities in the stores within its scope (personnel administration, recruitment, discipline, and workforce monitoring), in accordance with the procedures and guidelines defined by the Regional HR Manager.

Missions & Responsibilities:

• Manage store personnel administration.
• Ensure the recruitment of store profiles.
• Monitor absences, holidays, timekeeping, and probationary periods.
• Participate in the management of disciplinary procedures.
• Support store managers on HR topics.
• Produce HR reports for its scope.
• Report alerts and sensitive situations.
• Participate in the development of internal HR policies.

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources or equivalent (recent graduate).
• First experience in Human Resources (internships included).
• Rigor, organizational skills, confidentiality, and field orientation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
