We are hiring - Head Accountant | Around Bouskoura
YOUR MISSIONS
Supervise and coordinate daily accounting operations
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of accounts
Handle monthly and annual accounting closings
Supervise tax and social security filings
Ensure the reliability of accounts
Manage relationships with internal and external auditors
Participate in the development of financial reports and dashboards
Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and current regulations
Lead and support the accounting team
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or equivalent
Confirmed experience of over 10 years in accounting, ideally in a structured environment. Experience in an audit firm is a real asset.
Proficiency in general and analytical accounting
Good knowledge of Moroccan tax law
Rigor, organization, analytical skills, and sense of responsibility
Leadership and teamwork skills.
Professional English is an asset

مهامك
الإشراف على العمليات المحاسبية اليومية وتنسيقها
ضمان دقة وموثوقية الحسابات
إدارة الإغلاقات المحاسبية الشهرية والسنوية
الإشراف على التصريحات الضريبية والاجتماعية
ضمان موثوقية الحسابات
إدارة العلاقات مع المراجعين الداخليين والخارجيين
المشاركة في إعداد التقارير المالية ولوحات القيادة
ضمان الامتثال للإجراءات المحاسبية واللوائح المعمول بها
قيادة ودعم فريق المحاسبة
المؤهلات المطلوبة :
شهادة الماجستير (Bac+5) في المحاسبة، المالية، تدقيق الحسابات، أو ما يعادلها
خبرة مؤكدة تتجاوز 10 سنوات في المحاسبة، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة منظمة. وتعتبر الخبرة في مكتب تدقيق ميزة حقيقية.
إتقان المحاسبة العامة والتحليلية
معرفة جيدة بالقانون الضريبي المغربي
الدقة، التنظيم، المهارات التحليلية، والشعور بالمسؤولية
مهارات القيادة والعمل الجماعي.
إتقان الإنجليزية المهنية يعد ميزة إضافية
