يتولى مسؤول اللوجستيات مسؤولية تنسيق وإدارة سلسلة التوريد والدعم اللوجستي المطلوب لضمان سير عمليات الطيران بسلاسة وكفاءة. ويشمل ذلك إدارة قطع غيار ومعدات الطيران، والتحكم في المخزون، وتنسيق النقل، والحفاظ على الامتثال للوائح الطيران ومعايير السلامة. ويتضمن ذلك إدارة المخزون والتحكم فيه والأنشطة اليومية بما في ذلك استلام وتخزين وصرف جميع الأدوات والمعدات وقطع الغيار المستخدمة لصيانة الطائرات. كما يضمن تنفيذ وتسجيل جميع الأنشطة وفقاً لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة وحسب القواعد واللوائح الصادرة عن الهيئات التنظيمية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية والنتائج التنسيق اللوجستي:
- إدارة تخزين وتوزيع قطع غيار وإمدادات الطيران.
- تنسيق التسليم الموقوت للمواد لفرق الصيانة.
- تتبع حركة القطع ذات القيمة العالية والحرجة زمنياً.
- تقديم الدعم للمخزون والمستودعات حسب الحاجة ووفقاً للإجراءات المعتمدة.
- تنسيق الترتيبات اللوجستية لتسليم القطع، بما في ذلك المحركات، وحدات الطاقة المساعدة (APUs)، والبضائع الخطرة.
إدارة المخزون:
- التحقق من توفر القطع والمكونات في الوقت المحدد لدعم مهام الصيانة المخططة وغير المخططة وجاهزية الطائرة للطيران.
- ضمان إعادة إدراج القطع المصروفة غير المستخدمة إلى المخزون وإعادتها إلى المستودعات الرئيسية وفقاً لإجراءات الشركة.
المشتريات وإدارة الموردين:
- التواصل مع الموردين لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد ودعم مفاوضات العقود حسب الحاجة.

التوثيق والامتثال:
- ضمان امتثال الأنشطة اللوجستية لوائح سلامة الطيران وسياسات الشركة.
- الاحتفاظ بتوثيق دقيق لتتبع قطع غيار وأدوات الطائرات.
- تنسيق التخليص الجمركي ووثائق الشحن للشحنات الدولية.
تنسيق النقل والشحن:
- ترتيب الشحنات الواردة والصادرة للبضائع والمواد الخاصة بالقطاع الجوي.
- التواصل مع وكلاء الشحن ووكلاء الجمارك وشركات النقل.
- تتبع الشحنات وحل أي تأخيرات أو اختلافات.
- التنسيق مع الجمارك ووكلاء التخليص لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد.
دعم العمليات:
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق الصيانة والهندسة لتلبية المتطلبات التشغيلية.
- تقديم دعم لوجستي سريع خلال حالات الطوارئ وتعطل الطائرات (AOG).
- دعم التخطيط اللوجستي للعمليات أو المهام الخاصة.
- أداء واجبات أخرى يُكلف بها من قبل المسؤول المباشر.
- لا تُعتبر قائمة المهام هذه شاملة، وقد يتم تكليف الموظف بمهام إضافية ذات صلة بمهام عمله من وقت لآخر.
المؤهلات (الأكاديمية، التدريب، اللغات) - درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات، أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد، أو مجال ذات صلة.
- خبرة أكثر من 4 سنوات، بما في ذلك سنتان في مجال الطيران.
- إتقان اللغة المحلية؛ وتُعتبر اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية.
- يُعتبر التدريب على لوائح البضائع الخطرة الصادرة عن إياتا (IATA) ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت قوية.
- معرفة جيدة بالتخليص الجمركي.
- القدرة على إدارة الموارد بكفاءة وتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs).

Job description
Job Purpose
The Logistics Officer is responsible for coordinating and managing the supply chain and logistical support required to ensure smooth and efficient aviation operations. This includes managing aviation parts and equipment, inventory control, transport coordination, and maintaining compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards. This includes the management and control inventory and daily activities including receipt, storage, and release of all the tools, equipment, and spare parts used for maintenance of aircraft. Ensures all activities are carried out and recorded in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures and as per regulatory bodies’ rules and regulations.
Key Result Responsibilities Logistics Coordination:
- Manage the storage and distribution of aviation parts and supplies.
- Coordinate timely delivery of materials to maintenance teams.
- Track the movement of high-value and time-critical parts.
- Provide ad-hoc inventory and stores support in line with approved procedures.
- Coordinate logistics arrangements for parts delivery, including engines, APUs, and dangerous goods.
Inventory Management:
- Ensure parts and components are available on time to support planned and unplanned maintenance tasks and aircraft release.
- Ensure unused issued parts are credited back to stock and returned to the main stores in line with company procedures.
Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and support contract negotiations as required.

Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure logistics activities comply with aviation safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation for traceability of aircraft parts and tools.
- Coordinate customs clearance and shipping documentation for international shipments.
Transport & Freight Coordination:
- Arrange inbound and outbound shipments of aviation goods and materials.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport companies.
- Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with customs and clearing agents to ensure timely delivery.
Support Operations:
- Work closely with Maintenance and Engineering teams to meet operational requirements.
- Provide rapid logistical support during Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.
- Support logistics planning for special operations or missions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
- The role is not exhaustive, and additional duties related to the job function may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications (Academic, training, languages) - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience, including 2 years in aviation.
- Fluent in the local language; English is an advantage.
- IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations training is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good knowledge of customs clearance.
- Ability to manage resources efficiently and deliver against KPIs.
